CFPWatch does not require user accounts. We do not collect personal data unless you voluntarily subscribe to our email alerts, in which case we store only your email address.
We use Cloudflare's default security cookies for DDoS protection. No tracking cookies are set by CFPWatch. See our Cookie Policy.
We use Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Cloudflare CDN. Their privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data. Booking.com affiliate links may set cookies when clicked.
Email alerts are sent through Resend. Anything you send us — the newsletter sign-up, the "Submit your CFP" form, or emails to our contact address — may be processed by third-party providers, including an automated assistant, to read, sort and reply to it; some of these providers may operate outside the European Union. We use this data only to handle your request and to list the event you submit, and we don't sell it.
Email addresses for alerts are stored until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribe link is included in every alert email.
