CFPWatch tracks open Call for Papers (CFP) and upcoming developer conferences worldwide.
We aggregate data from public sources — Papercall.io, Google News RSS feeds, and other developer event directories. Our system normalizes the data, removes duplicates, and presents deadlines in a clean, searchable interface.
Finding CFPs is still surprisingly hard. They're scattered across dozens of platforms, each with different formats. CFPWatch gives you a single place to check what's open, what's closing soon, and where to submit.
CFPWatch is an indie project built by a solo developer. It's automated from scraping to deploy, running on a small VPS with Cloudflare CDN. No VC funding, no team — just a useful tool.
Python (scraping + dedup), SQLite, Astro (static site generation), Cloudflare Pages, Pagefind (search).
